It's raining. It's raining hard. Having to walk in this hard rain to go to the gym is something i DO NOT WANT TO DO, but i gotta stay motivated..blah.
I am going to have oatmeal for lunch and for dinner, i am going to have
brown rice fried rice.
cooked brown rice
scrambled egg whites
very little olive oil
peas and other veggies
pinch of soy sauce
(already cooked) chicken breast for protein.
then i am going to put it all in a skillet and just let it cook for a few minues
