I can physically see where i am losing the weight, especially in my arms and hips. I visited a few friends and they mentioned that it looked like i lost weight, so that made me happy. Didn't know losing 9 pounds could show through clothing. Imagine 30 pounds..
I hate the gym, i reallly do. But i think of it as a game, and in order to beat this game, i HAVE TO GO so i can lose the weight.
I'm actually excited to post an AFTER PICTURE. I pray that God gives me the motivation to keep going. I am hoping to lose at least 5 pounds by the end of Oct. I also feel like i've been eating pretty badly. I had 2 slices of cake on Saturday (we are all allowed to cheat, but why do i feel so guilty?) and i had on Sunday 2 skewers of chicken kebobs and 2 meat kebobs with a side of salad (just lettuce and tomatoes. I DON'T EVER USE DRESSING ON MY SALAD. IT has lots of calories, and i am completely used to eating it without). Anyways, my stomach has been so used to eating the bare amount, that i was so full it started to hurt. I also haven't eaten that much meat since i've started my diet--mostly fish. Oh well.
5 POUNDS DOWN BY THE END OF OCTOBER GOAL...
I CAN DO IT :D I am going to make a calendar and start counting down, i want to be at least 193 by HALLOWEEN
