I promised i would start a blog detailing my weight loss journey.
I have done this before, as I am the biggest yo-yo dieter there is. I've lost over 30-40 pounds in the past and have gained it all back throughout the years.
I am hoping to change things now. Today is day one, 9-9-12 and i'm more dedicated than ever.
This blog will delineate NOT what my diet consists of, but rather my feelings and emotions as i walk through this journey.
As the months go by, i will be taking side by side pictures of befores and afters. Every month, you'll be seeing a B&A picture.

Today i went to the gym:
elliptical: 40 minutes [410 cals burned]
the other elliptical: 370 cals burned
Starting weight: [5'8] 207 ibs
Short term goal weight: 185
Long term goal weight: 165
Measurements (in inches):
Thighs: 29.4
Arms: 12.8
Neck:13.5
Hips: 42
Stomach: i measured the top half of my stomach and the bottom
top: 35
bottom:37.8
BMI:30.1
Fat percentage: 38.9
