Day two.
Everything is okay, I am more hungry than usual but i think it's because i know i can't eat the things i want to.
I burned 850 cals at the gym today, so YAY me.
I used to burn 1000 cals almost every day at the gym when i used to go, but i realized i was pushing my self in a way that i didn't need to.e I think burning 800/850 at the gym is a great target goal.
I also mentioned that i wouldn't bring up my diet, but i figured i'd talk about it.
Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with honey
Lunch: Brown rice and spinach
Dinner: turkey sandwich and fruit.
