The vitamin B-12 supplements i've been taking is actually working. I feel like i have a lot more energy, especially at the gym. i am able to go further than i used to. I really want to get rid of the weight around my arms, stomach, waist and thighs, but i know that's not how losing weight works. I can't really target a specific spot. Anyways, i weighed myself and i am down to:
199.8 pounds.
