I decided to stop drinking honey and cinnamon-- i really couldnt find any real explanation on the internet in regards to weight loss, other than: OH HAI IT WORKS! TRY IT!
I DID however start taking 2500mg vitamin B-12 microlozenge a day. B-12 vitamins promotes energy metabolism and nervous system health. I need all the energy for the gym, especially if i want to go 5x a week.
As for the gym, i had a consultant with a personal trainer on Thursday-nothing too fancy. I found out that my
BMI: 30.1
FAT PERCENTAGE: 38.9
AWWW, SAD FACE! These numbers mean i am considered obese. BOOO! :(
These numbers better drop soon.
P.S: I don't have a personal trainer (i wish). As a new member of the gym, i had to consult with him. It's just something that needed to be done.
