 I learned that cinnamon and honey helps with weight loss. I am going to add it to my diet and my exersice regimen. Here's the recipe:
Recipe Ingredients
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder1 cup of water

InstructionsCombine the cinnamon and honey with the water in a small saucepan.Bring the mixture to a boil.Filter the liquid into a cup and divide into two half-cup quantities.Consume one half an hour before breakfast and the second half an hour before going to sleep at night.

I'll let you guys know how it goes. I'll officially start today.




Anyways, I went to the gym today, as usual. An old woman actually fell off the treadmill and injured herself.
The paramedics were called;It was actually very sad to see.
:( 
I burned 800 cals as usual. I also make sure I walk to and from the gym. It's a total of a 2 mile walk.
