05.

This diet really sucks sometimes. I am not thinking about giving up, but i do have my ups and downs. The problem with me dieting is that, i push myself way too hard. I go to the gym 5x a week and  burn myself out. I need to learn how to relax and take it easy. I am also starting to get really tired and bored of the elliptical-- i am usually on it for more than 70 minutes at a time, but that's because i get the most efficient workout on that machine.
I started to pick up strength training as well. I don't do it as much as cardio, but it's still better than nothing. As we all know, muscle burns fat, so i have no other choice but to incorporate it into my exercise routine.
I'm also waiting for a call back from WSSC. If i get the job, i am not sure how it will affect my exercise regimen--but i am hoping i can still go at least 4x a week.My next weigh in should be 9/22/12--so i'll be sure to post my weight.

P.S: I've been looking for a gym partner, but for some reason, they are so hard to come by. I really don't have any support and i would love to workout with someone who can motivate me as much as i can motivate them.
